Rosemary Turkey Hash
1 lb ground turkey
1/4 c [light or fat free] mayonnaise
1 T rosemary, crushed
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Grill, uncovered, in a pan over medium-high heat; stir frequently until cooked through.
