Slow Cooker Lasagna

Slow Cooker Lasagna
12 lasagna noodles, uncooked (not the oven-ready kind)
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 T Italian seasoning
1 jar (28 oz) spaghetti sauce
.25 c water
16 oz tub cottage cheese
2 c mozzarella cheese

1. Break noodles in half and line the bottom of a greased 4-qt slow cooker with half of the noodles.
2. Stir Italian seasoning into cooked meat and spread half of it on top of the noodles.
3. Layer half of the sauce and water, and half of the cheeses over the beef.
4. Repeat layers once more; cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
*Do not cook longer than 5 hours.

that looks sooo good. I have been wanting a recipe for crockpot lasagna that doesnt have the no-boil noodles... is that the kind this recipe calls for too? I hope not because I cant seem to find that kind at the store.
p.s. I made the oreo truffles for Valentines Day but in the shape of hearts. They were a hit with everyone I shared them with :) Thanks!
