Marie Callendar's Cornbread

This cornbread tastes just like what they serve at Marie Callendar's.

Marie Callendar's Cornbread
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2- 8.5 oz boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 box yellow cake mix

1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Combine eggs and milk.
3. Add muffin mixes, and then cake mix.
4. Pour in a 9x13 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Hmm sounds good. I'll have to make it for the husband and see what he thinks. I love to cook too! I wish you were still down here and we could take some cooking classes together for fun. It took a Greek one last month and it was great! Miss you! Love the blogs!
