Fruit Dip
1- 8 oz pkg [light] cream cheese, softened
1 c powdered sugar
1 c heavy whipping cream
1/4 c granulated sugar
1 lemon, zested and juiced
fruit juice, preferably pineapple or orange
1. Whip cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
2. In a separate [chilled] bowl, whip cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
3. Combine cream cheese, whipped cream, lemon zest and juice, and enough fruit juice to achieve desired consistency.
Serve chilled.
